Who owns the work?

You do. The code, infrastructure as code and documentation are yours from handover.

How does an engagement start?

With a free 30-minute review of what you have and what you need. Within one working day you get a fixed proposal covering scope, deliverables and price. Work starts when you accept it.

Is the review really free?

Yes, always. The 30-minute review costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope, so we do not publish prices. After the free review you get a fixed price in writing within one working day, before you commit to anything.

What if the scope changes?

We agree any change in writing, with its price, before doing the extra work. You never get an invoice you did not agree to.

Do you need access to our systems?

Only what the work needs. You grant access and can revoke it at any time, and we prefer least-privilege, time-bound access to shared keys.

Can you work with our existing team and stack?

Yes. We work in your repositories and cloud accounts, in the stack that fits the problem, and can work inside your team.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Send us yours before you share anything sensitive.

Where are you based?

We work remotely, overlapping European and US working hours. The company is CeyNova Labs LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA.
